Refund and return policy

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • Your item was purchased directly from www.hervation.com.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All tags and original packaging are intact.

  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, some products (such as sports bras, innerwear, and certain accessories) are non-returnable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items.

  • Sale or clearance products marked as “Final Sale.”

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Fitness accessories that have been opened or used.

3. Return Process

  1. Submit a Request:
    Contact our customer support team at support@hervation.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Approval & Instructions:
    Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Ship the Item:
    Send the product back in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  4. Inspection & Refund:
    Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund within 7–10 business days.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional business days for funds to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem!
If your preferred item is in stock, we’ll process an exchange once your return has been approved.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or wrong item.
Please contact us immediately at support@hervation.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.

  2. Contact your card provider — sometimes it takes additional processing time.

  3. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at support@hervation.com and we’ll gladly assist.
